Ink Lounge Screen Print Workshop

This workshop was a wonderful opportunity to learn some fairly simple DIY printing processes.

All you need is a screen, photo emulsion, wax paper, a squeegee and ink.

First you choose your bottom color and cut that shape out of wax paper. The paper will stick to the screen because of the ink.

For the second layer you need to expose the photo emulsion, we used transparency and sharpie marker, but this could be done with paper cutouts or an object.  We used an indoor set up because the day was cloudy, but this can be done outdoors.


Print the next color on top
