Some things you can do to help...
- It is up to all of us to de-stigmatize mental health issues so spread the word and encourage people to get help.
- Learn to recognize the signs of suicide and depression.
- Depression lies. do not believe these lies.
- Everything is replaceable, except you.
- You are loved and needed in the world.
